Terri uses SMS for account and support conversations, and for conversational messages requested by a Terri account owner.
To opt in, text START to +12197322468. By texting START, you agree to receive SMS from Terri about your Terri account, support requests, and owner-requested conversations.
Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. SMS delivery and replies are subject to carrier registration and carrier availability.
After you text START, Terri sends this confirmation:
Terri: You're subscribed to account and support texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
Reply HELP for help or contact doug@lance.ventures. Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages from Terri. After STOP, Terri will not send more SMS unless you opt in again.
Terri may store message bodies, phone numbers, timestamps, and delivery status to provide SMS, support the account, troubleshoot delivery, and honor opt-out requests. We do not share, sell, or provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
